Transfers

• Transfers consist of “Point A” to “Point B”
• Each additional stop is $10 provided it is in the vicinity, or along the route to the final destination. 
• In the event that the extra drop off/pickup is not along the way a prorated hourly rate will be applied to the transfer rate.
• Wait time will be applied when the passenger exceeds 15 minutes in time to board the vehicle.
• Charges will be processed after 15 minutes, and start at the original pickup time.
  • Wait time is accrued at $45.00 per hour (prorated)
  • After two hours of wait time the run switches to hourly
  • There is no wait time for an hourly run. 

Deposits

• A valid credit card is required to make and hold all reservations.
  All credit card processes are made the first business day after the run.
• If you do not wish to have the card charged please state method of payment at time of booking.
• If you do not have a credit card, a deposit of 50% of the bill is required.
  

Cancellations

• There is a 24-hour period for cancellation of any runs.
• If the run is cancelled inside of 24 hours there will be a $45.00 fee or 25% of the bill, whichever is greater.
• If the reservation is cancelled within 2 hours of the run the entire bill will be charged.
• Any deposits made will be non refundable if the reservation is cancelled within the 24-hour period
